Please read this Privacy Policy carefully. By using the website or providing information to us in response to a survey, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with this Privacy Policy (as it may be amended from time to time), or are dissatisfied with the website, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the website or discontinue providing answers to our surveys.

Any information provided through this website or our surveys may be stored, transferred, and processed in the United States, and by providing any information through this website, all users, including without limitation users in the member states of the European Union, consent to such uses.

Do Not Track. We do not respond to “do-not-track” signals or other mechanisms that allow users to signal their preferences on the collection of their personal information over time and across third-party websites or online services. Our website does not monitor for or adjust any use as the result of “do-not-track” signals.

Changes to this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy was updated on 04/26/2022 to clarify that its terms are applicable to information we collect in response to surveys which may be presented to you by your surgeon or treating physician or directing from Sonex. We also provided updates regarding our response to ‘do-not-track’ signals.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be listed in this section, and if such changes are material, a notice will be included on the home page of the website for a period of time. In addition, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of private information that you have previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact you and give you the ability to opt out of such disclosure. Your continued use of this website after we have posted notice of our changes reflects your consent to any new or modified terms.
